Homestead Sean and his team from Blooming Health Farms now offer Hatch The Chicken which brings the unforgettable experience of hatching baby chicks right to your doorstep in Greeley, Fort Collins, Boulder, and surrounding areas. We provide fertilized eggs, an incubator, a brooder, starter feed, and full support—everything you need to safely welcome new life into your home. No farm or classroom required—just curiosity and excitement!

Possible Transportation Fees: Our Hatch The Chicken rentals include FREE DELIVERY and free pick up to Greeley, Fort Collins, much of Boulder, and within 50 miles of Greeley, CO. If you live further than 50 miles of Greeley, CO 80631, you may incur a predetermined yearly transportation fee. For customers outside of our FREE DELIVERY area, please call us toll-free at 844-310-8782 for a delivery quote.
Possible Additional Fees: Due to the increase of feed cost and fuel cost, closer to delivery, there may be a slight surcharge for one or both of these items.
Hatch The Chicken renters who are participating in Rent The Chicken with coordinated delivery or pick-up of both Rent The Chicken and Hatch The Chicken receive a $25 discount.
Greeley, Colorado - Homestead Sean and his team are proud to expand their reach to include Fort Collins, Boulder, and Greeley in addition to Denver, Cheyenne, and the surrounding areas with Rent The Chicken and Hatch The Chicken. They are operating from Blooming Health Farms where they grow food and grow people. As a 501c3 nonprofit hydroponic and chicken farm in Northern Colorado, they help justice-involved individuals find purpose, gain skills, and improve well being through the power of proven and innovative farming practices. They work primarily with at-risk youth aged 15-24, providing them with opportunities to learn agricultural entrepreneurship and become valued contributors to their communities. That's why they are thrilled to offer Rent The Chicken to Greeley, Fort Collins, Boulder, & Denver and Hatch The Chicken to Greeley, Fort Collins, Boulder, & Denver as an extension of their farm. Fun fact: Homestead Sean's favorite chicken breed is the Buckeye because of their excellent mousing abilities. (Some chickens are better at catching mice than cats!)

We can't confirm what other organizations do with their baby chicks after a hatching program but we know with our whole hearts that all of the chicks hatched with our Hatch The Chicken program provide a purpose following the rental. We value their lives and value what they bring to our business and those who participate in our programs.
