Kentucky - Cave City - Homestead Jeff & Andrea are providing Hatch The Chicken to South Central Kentucky.  In 1996, they met each other on a school bus in rural Wisconsin and have been married for 23 years and have three wonderful children who've flown the coop, or are starting to. Over the years they've done plenty of interesting things: from producing video & photography, to being martial arts instructors while Homestead Jeff continued his Streaming Video  work in the cable inustry - that's a lot!  In 2021, after living in Colorado for several years, they decided it was time to move closer  to the midwest to keep Homestead Jeff well away from all the snow. Getting back to the land, like when they  were kids, was something they wanted to do for a long time. Now, they run a small farm, which specializes in pasture-raised chickens and goats.  Homestead Jeff serves on their  church board and Homestead Andrea leads the local food pantry in town.  Ten years ago, they never would have imagined all of this!  But they felt called to it and are truly blessed to have learned so much. Their  passion is teaching those who want to learn, and helping folks reclaim their freedom in knowing your farmer is the best way to know where your food comes from!
