Hatch The Chicken brings the joy of hatching baby chicks right into right in your home, senior care homes, schools, libraries, and more. Our all-inclusive program includes fertilized eggs, an incubator, a brooder, starter feed, and full support—making it easy and fun for families to welcome new life without needing a farm or prior experience.

Possible Transportation Fees:
Our Hatch The Chicken include FREE DELIVERY to Omaha and within 50 miles of Blair, NE 68008. If you live farther than 50 miles of Blair, NE 68008, you may incur a predetermined yearly transportation fee. For customers outside of our FREE DELIVERY area, please call us toll-free at 844-310-8782 for a delivery quote.
Possible Additional Fees: Due to the increase of feed cost and fuel cost, closer to delivery, there may be a slight surcharge for one or both of these items.Payments are non-refundable.
Hatch The Chicken renters who are participating in Rent The Chicken with coordinated delivery or pick-up of both Rent The Chicken and Hatch The Chicken receive a $25 discount.
Blair, Nebraska - Homestead Patrick & Sara are serving Omaha, NE and surrounding areas. Together with their son Lucas, they traded in their contemporary city home for life on an acreage. They are servicing all of Nebraska and Eastern Iowa with Rent The Chicken and Hatch The Chicken. Homestead Sara and Patrick formed The Church Life LLC under which they breed and sell chickens and eggs. They currently share their acreage with more than 200 feathered friends including chicken and peafowl. Their flock has been National Poultry Improvement Plan (NPIP) certified by the US Department of Agriculture. They look forward to sharing their chicken love with the Omaha, NE- Council Bluffs, IA surrounding area!
What happens to the chicks?
Here are a number of scenarios as to what happens to the baby chicks after our Hatch The Chicken program is complete:

We can't confirm what other organizations do with their baby chicks after a hatching program but we know with our whole hearts that all of the chicks hatched with our Hatch The Chicken program provide a purpose following the rental. We value their lives and value what they bring to our business and those who participate in our programs.
