Love The Discount?
We will credit $50 off of your Rent The Chicken or adoption for every friend referred who Rents The Chicken. Credits can never be refunded as cash and can never be used for more than one Rental Season at a time.
Possible Transportation Fees
Our Rental Packages include FREE DELIVERY to Corpus Christi and within 50 miles of Kingsville, TX 78363. If you live further than 50 miles of zip code 78363, you may incur a predetermined yearly transportation fee. For customers outside of our FREE DELIVERY area, please call us toll-free at 844-310-8782 for a delivery quote.
Additional Notes
Our Standard Coops are about 31" wide while our Deluxe Coops are about 57" wide. Both easily roll from on our trailer to most backyards. If your property requires the coop to be lifted over a wall or fence due to your gate being less than 31 or 57" wide, we'll need for you to commit a member of your household to help Homestead Sean & Michaela lift the coop. If for one reason or another a member of your household is not available, either we can send a helper to lift the coop with Homestead Sean ($40) or our coops can be delivered un-assembled ($60) or partially assembled ($40). The predetermined fee is for both delivery and pick-up.
Possible Additional Fees
Due to the increase of feed cost and fuel cost, closer to delivery, there may be a slight surcharge for one or both of these items.
Kingsville, Texas - Homestead Sean & Michaela are now providing Rent The Chicken and Hatch The Chicken to Corpus Christi and beyond. They have four adventurous kids who make their life rich. From starting with no animals in their backyard, they adopted chickens from friends from church who had to move away, and from there, they embarked on a whole new adventure. For the past two years, they have been raising chickens and expanding their flock. Their kids have loved the experience of hatching chicks to holding them as full-grown chickens. They are pastors of a Christian church and a college ministry full time, while growing their love for the chicken life! They want to expand the opportunity for others to take care of backyard chickens and collect fresh eggs. They offer both Rent The Chicken and Hatch The Chicken! Fun fact: Their favorite chicken breed is the Easter Eggers! Finding blue, green, and olive eggs is EGG-CITING! They look forward to serving your family!
