Ooma Group Conference Calls


  • Thursdays at 10am ET starting January 16th and every other week to follow through April. These conference calls are on the odd weeks of the year.
  • Mondays at 9pm ET starting January 20th and every other week to follow through April. These conference calls are on the even weeks of the year.
  • Wednesdays at 1pm ET starting January 22nd and every other week to follow through April. These conference calls are on the even weeks of the year.

    • We are switching to a NEW video conferencing platform through our phone system.

    THREE Options for connecting:
    #1 Computer option with camera and microphone/speakers.
    • This is the preferred methods.
    • You can join via your web browser OR
    • Download the Ooma Meetings Desktop Application app by
    • Clicking on this link
    • Then click on the down arrow next to Ooma Meetings Desktop Application (red icon)
    • Then select "Download for Mac M1 (arm64)" "Download for Intel Mac" or "Download for Windows" depending on your computer.
    • A log in account is not needed for web-based nor desktop app access.

    #2 Device (tablet or phone) option:
    • On a phone if a screen is shared, it may be hard to see the details on the shared screen.
    • For this option, from your device, you MUST download the Ooma Meetings Mobile Application Pro app by
    • Clicking on this link
    • Then click on the down arrow next to Ooma Meetings Mobile Application Pro (red icon)
    • Then select "Get it on iTunes Store" or "Get it on Google Play" depending on your device.
    • A log in account is not needed for device access.

    #3 Dial in via phone:
    • You simply click on the "One Tap Mobile" option below.
    • The dial in option will not give you access to shared screens; however, you can use your computer to see the shared content if you dont't have a camera / microphone to use on your computer.
    • We won't be able to see your face with this option!
