Our Rental Packages include FREE DELIVERY to the Greater Pittsburgh Area and within 50 miles of Freeport, PA 16229. If you live further than 50 miles of zip code 16229, you may incur a predetermined yearly transportation fee. For customers outside of our FREE DELIVERY area, please call us at 724-305-0782 or toll-free at 844-310-8782 for a delivery quote.
Additional Notes:
Our Standard Coops are about 31" wide while our Deluxe Coops are about 57" wide. Both easily roll from on our trailer to most backyards. If your property requires the coop to be lifted over a wall or fence due to your gate being less than 31 or 57" wide, we'll need for you to commit a member of your household to help Homestead Phil lift the coop. If for one reason or another a member of your household is not available, either we can send a helper to lift the coop with Homestead Phil ($40) or our coops can be delivered un-assembled ($60) or partially assembled ($40). The predetermined fee is for both delivery and pick-up.
Possible additional fees: Due to the increase of feed cost and fuel cost, closer to delivery, there may be a slight surcharge for one or both of these items.
